USDM Parts

We carry an extensive inventory of parts at our dealership. These parts are designed for USDM vehicles which means the cataloging we have is designed for cars that are sold in the USA. Although some of the parts transfer over to Canadian vehicles, UK vehicles and others, we cannot guarantee fitment and you are ordering at your own risk.  You will need to confirm the part number with cataloging for vehicles in your country. If the part number is the same as what we have here in the States, then it is the same. 

Order Processing

We carry an extensive inventory of parts at our dealership, but sometimes you are going to order a part that we do not have. If that is the case, we will order your part from Honda and if it is before 2:00pm EST, the order will be placed the same day. Our facing Honda warehouse is one of the largest in the United States so odds are that they will have what you ordered and we will have it the following day. If on the rare occasion that we will not have the part ordered the following day, you will receive an email letting you know that the part has cross shipped and will arrive at our dealership in 2-5 days. Sometimes you will order a part that is no longer available from Honda. If that is the case, that part or parts will be removed from the order. You will be sent an email with notification of the discontinued part or parts and you will have the option to cancel your order or continue without those discontinued parts. If you must have your order as soon as possible, please select Express shipping and we will do our best to get you the parts ordered within 1-3 days.

Back Orders

Although our goal is to ship your product within 48 hours, sometimes an item will be out of stock. We will order the part for you from Honda and normally receive it in 1-4 days. Sometimes an ordered part is not available from Honda and Backorders. Should this occur, we will notify you either by e-mail or phone that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with and estimated time of delivery. International order may take an additional 48 hours to process.

Return Policy

Sometimes products are defective or just not quite what you wanted. That is why 247HondaParts.com LLC offers you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Just Email us for an Authorization Number. Our email address is 247hondaparts@gmail.com.

ALL returns must have a Merchandise Return Authorization number. Products must be returned to the Brooklyn Heights, OH warehouse. If a product is returned to any alternate warehouse, no credit will be issued for the return. It will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the product and return it to the appropriate warehouse.

We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation and must be in the un-opened original packaging. Special Order items are Non - Returnable. Electrical Items are Non - Returnable. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Products which are not in like new condition and do not have a Return Authorization Number will be charged a 30% restocking/handling fee. This will be done at the discretion of our company. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred on all returned items with RA numbers. Credit will be issued for the products only. Shipping charges which you incurred will not be refunded. Should your order arrive damaged notify us immediately, we will be happy to assist you with a damage claim. Please be sure to keep all original packaging and packaging material for Inspection should a claim need to be issued.
Warranties

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. 247HondaParts.com LLC. can assume no responsibility for the use, misuse or application by the user. Actual shipping costs apply past the 30 day policy. Warranty items will be charged to your credit card. Once the warranty item is returned to us, we will issue a credit for the part only. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
Refused Packages

Our delivery service will attempt delivery three (3) times and leave a delivery notification note. If a package is refused by you, the customer, 247HondaParts.com LLC is not responsible for shipping costs to and from the shipping destination. We will charge your account for all costs incurred on refused shipments.

Damaged Merchandise

Before we ship, products are inspected for damage and repacked to make sure they arrive at your door safely. Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you by contacting our sales office immediately upon receipt of the damaged product. 1-216-452-2940. Please keep all original packaging.
